The following menu is what Scrooge would have eaten (if he wasn't such a cheap weasel) in his day- it is nice that some traditions (and recipes) don't ever need to change for the times. The Cratchitts would have had a porter to drink, while a reformed Scrooge would have had a claret (red Bordeaux).
