In Mexico a very beautiful holiday is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd every year, the Day of the Dead. It is a time to remember those that came before and also to have great food. Skeletons are a playful part of the holiday (like Halloween only without the occult overtones). Sybaris is hosting a special lunch on Sunday, November 1st to present our spin on this great holiday.
