It's not just about the food...
While Matt uses local growers and farmers to keep his food fresh, I keep things fresh on my end by featuring a new local artist each month to decorate the restaurant. The artwork displayed is for public viewing during our regular business hours and is also for sale. If you have any questions regarding the artist of the month or any of the artwork in the show, contact me via email. Matt and I also take great pleasure in giving back to the community. Since opening, we have organized or participated in numerous charitable projects, to include events benefiting: -Albany Public Library -Fish House -ABC House -Doernbecher Children's Hospital As business owners and involved community members, each of us is obligated to do our part and use whatever means we may have to help those who are in need. We hope that our belief in this philosophy is evident in Sybaris's charitable community involvement.
